Tanya McCullough M.Cl.Sc. Reg. CASLPO
Speech-Language Pathologist
Tanya is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with over 19 years of clinical experience working with children and their families. She holds a Masters of Clinical Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Western Ontario. Tanya is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and is a member of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
Passionate about helping children communicate, Tanya provides high-quality, family-centred care across all areas of speech and language development. She has extensive experience working with children with a wide range of communication needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, receptive and expressive language delays, articulation/phonological disorders, motor speech disorders/apraxia, stuttering, play and social needs, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome and ADHD.
Tanya is certified in Hanen's It Takes Two to Talk and Target Word intervention programs, the Lidcombe Fluency Program and is also trained in PROMPT therapy and DIR FLOORTIME 101. She regularly attends workshops and conferences related to apraxia, AAC, executive functioning and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
She values collaboration with families and other professionals and is committed to evidence-based practice and helping every child reach their full communication potential.
Outside of being an SLP, you will find Tanya enjoying nature, working on home-construction projects and spending quality time with her wonderful family.
