We come to you!
At Speech Sprouts, we bring assessment and therapy services directly to your home, daycare or private school - providing convenience and comfort. Our fees are based on the recommended rates by Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
Insurance Coverage
Fees for speech and language services are covered by most group insurance plans.

Our fees cover:

Travel to and from your location (within 40 kms of the office/previous appointment; additional travel fees may apply beyond 40 kms)

We offer a range of in-home and virtual services to meet your needs, including:

Assessments (in-home & virtual)

Therapy sessions - 30, 45, or 60 minutes (in-home & virtual)

Consultations with other health care professionals
Did You Know?
Speech-Language Pathology services are zero-rated for HST, so clients are not required to pay HST on these essential services.

Payment
Payment is due at the end of each assessment and treatment session.
A receipt will be provided upon payment, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
While a physician's referral is not required to access our services, some insurance providers may require one for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm their requirements.
It is your responsibility to verify and manage your insurance coverage.
Cancellations
We require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you. Sufficient notice will allow us to book other clients who are waiting for service.
