Services & Fee Schedule
We come to you! Speech Sprouts offers the convenience of assessment and therapy appointments in the comfort of your own home. Fees are based on the recommended rates by Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
Fees for speech and language services are covered by most group insurance plans.
Fees include travel time to and from a client's home, daycare or private school (within 30 kms of the office or previous appointment. Additional travel fees may apply for travel time that exceeds 30 kms), therapy preparation, intervention and documentation.
We offer the following services:

Payment
Payment is due at the end of each assessment and treatment session.
Upon payment, a receipt will be provided which can be submitted by you to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
While a physician's referral is not necessary to access our services, some insurance providers require a referral for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider directly to find out their requirements.
It is your responsibility to determine and monitor your coverage.
Cancellations
We require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you. Sufficient notice will allow us to book other clients who are waiting for service. Missed appointments without appropriate notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
