Speech Sprouts is hiring! Are you a creative and dedicated SLP looking for part-time or full-time work? Come and join our supportive and established pediatric private practice. The successful candidate will provide in-home assessments and personalized therapy for toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children in Hamilton and surrounding areas. 

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle

  • Registered member in good standing with CASLPO

  • Has and maintains professional liability insurance and a clear vulnerable sector check 

  • Experience with early language, parent-coaching, neurodiversity, AAC and motor speech

  • Dedicated to excellent client care and developing a positive rapport with clients and their families

  • Ability to identify goals and establish appropriate treatment plans to achieve these goals

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making and analysis skills

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with other health care professionals

As a member of Speech Sprouts, you will:

  • provide assessment and evidence-based intervention to children with a variety of communication needs

  • provide personalized service and family-centered care that is fun and engaging for the client

  • provide on-going evaluation and feedback of client progress

  • maintain complete records of assessment and therapy 

  • provide written reports when requested by the client's family

  • Assure all services and documentation are in alignment with College standards
